About Farnaz Ghazi

About Me

I’m Farnaz Ghazi—a passionate educator, coach, and lifelong learner, holding two Master’s degrees: one in Sports Medicine with over 25 years of expertise in motor learning and talent identification, and another in the Science of Happiness, focused on communication and psychology. I'm also a certified coach for both parents and children.

For the past seven years in California, I’ve taught swimming—a sport where children face one of their deepest unconscious fears: water and the threat of drowning. In fewer than ten sessions, I’ve helped even the most traumatized children feel joy and safety in the water. From that point, my expertise in motor learning enables them to progress rapidly—mastering all four strokes in just a few months or qualifying for competitive swim teams.

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to connect deeply with children and truly understand them. As my professor, Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar, once told me, “Your relationship with children reminds me of the philosopher Martin Buber—you see yourself in their eyes.” This profound connection allows me to build trust quickly, creating a space where growth becomes natural.

But beyond technique, my true gift is seeing and unlocking the hidden potential in every child. To me, each child is not a student—but a partner in growth, a beautiful soul with unique gifts.

My life took a powerful turn when I found myself in the most vulnerable chapter of my life—alone in a foreign country, battling a rare disease with no financial or emotional support. In those darkest moments, what saved me wasn’t my degrees, achievements, or professional success. It was the strength rooted in my childhood. That realization reshaped my purpose: I decided to dedicate everything I know to children—because childhood is our deepest survival system. That journey led me to study psychology, communication, and later the Science of Happiness here in the U.S. I wanted to combine my physical and emotional experience with science, to help children not just survive—but thrive joyfully in a challenging world.

My Mission

My mission is to help children, during their most formative years, build the inner foundation they’ll carry for life. Because the world will always be uncertain—but if children are secure within, they’ll be ready for anything..

My Approach

Physical empowerment through play-based activities that enhance height potential, muscle strength, and agility—while also stimulating brain development through movement patterns unique to early childhood. These critical windows of growth are time-limited, and we must not miss the opportunity.

Mindset training and emotional development using storytelling, movement, and deep play

Tools for confidence, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
